UBD has 10 block of living accommodation which
can provide accomodation for about 746 students (Female 450 and
Male 296)
are run by a Manager and a Male/Female Assistant Manager.
This unit:
- arranges accommodation for students, which
also includes food and drinks.
- records all information on students who are staying in the
Residential Colleges.
- is responsible for providing basic requirements for College
Residents.
- is responsible for the welfare, discipline and safety of
College Residents.
- supervises the staff working in the Residential Colleges.
- provides advice for the various clubs in the Residential
Colleges.
- assists in planning and implementing activities for
Residential Colleges.
- assists in the organization of orientation week programme
for fresh students.
- coordinates the provision of students' food by the caterer.
