Academic/Professional Qualifications:
BA Hons (Brunei)
Graduated from Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) with a Bachelor Degree in Management Studies (Hons). Prior to joining UBD, she worked as a Management Consultant at Deloitte and Touche Management Services Pte Ltd.
Joined Universiti Brunei Darussalam as an Assistant Registrar in September 1997. Her first placement was in the Faculty of Management and Administrative Studies (currently known as ‘Faculty of Business, Economics and Policy Studies’) for six years. Then, moved to Student Affairs Section for two years, in charge of six units and five UBD canteens. Later, she performed administrative duties within the Academy of Brunei Studies for a year and 3 months. As of April 2006, she is the Assistant Registrar at the Centre for Islamic Banking and Finance (CIBFM) AND Institute for Policy Studies (IPS).
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist both Dyg Hajah Salma Haji Abd Latiff, Director of Centre for Islamic Banking, Finance and Management (CIBFM), and Awg Hj Hamzah Bin Haji Sulaiman, Head of Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) in the administration of the respective office.

Act as a Secretary on behalf of the Registrar & Secretary to any Centre’s/Institute’s Board meetings, Advisory Board meetings and/or represents UBD to other ministry’s meetings. In addition, she also acts as a secretary/Head of committee to any events conducted by CIBFM and IPS, or UBD

Act as a focal point for any administrative matters.

Preparation of Annual Budget submission for CIBFM and IPS.

Responsible in the admission process and registration of students; constructing Time-Table, Examination and other academic matters. Being a focal point in coordinating administrative and academic matters between lecturers and administration staff, and between lecturers and students respectively.

Plays an important role in any events that associated with CIBFM and IPS particularly on Education, Training and Consultancy works
