• Conference Venue
  The venue for the conference is the campus of the Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).The UBD campus is located close to the northern coastline of Borneo beside the South China Sea.It is only 15 minutes drive from Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Negara Brunei Darussalam.

• Language
  The official languages of the conference are English and Malay.Simultaneous translation and interpretation will not be available.
  
  
• Visas
  Please confirm whether you need one with your travel agent or Brunei Embassy/ High Commission.Further advice may be obtained from The Conference Secretariat.
  
  
• Letter of Invitation
  Participants who need an official invitation letter in order to attend the conference may write to the Conference Secretariat specifying the necessary details. This service is designed only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference. It should not be considered an official invitation covering fees or other expenses.
  
  
• Accommodation
  A large number of variously priced hotel rooms have been provisionally reserved for conference participants.Please go to the Accommodation Section of this site for details.Participants should contact directly to their preferred hotel using online reservations or direct booking through the hotel website.It is advisable to book as early as possible to ensure reservation for the preferred hotel. For hotels which do not have online reservation,please contact The Conference Secretariat for assistance.
  
  
• Social Program
  A social program has been designed for the conference participants and accompanying persons such as welcome reception, opening and closing ceremonies.
  
  
• Exploring Brunei
  For participants who wish to explore the varied activities which Brunei has to offer, a list of local travel agents is available for participants to make their own individual arrangements.The official tour agents for this conference are:
