	All delegates are encouraged to register early either by email or fax.   Fax your forms to us at (+673)- 2461081
	All delegates, unless otherwise specified, must register with full remittance.
	Faxed copies and hardcopy registration forms are accepted with full payment in the form of bank draft or a copy of telegraphic transfer advice or by cash in BND $ (for local participants to register at the Institute of Medicine general office).
	Registration will not be confirmed until the full payments are received by the organizer.
