| Registration Instructions |
- For all participants, please use one form per person for registration.
- For local Brunei participants, see below.
- For overseas participants, payment of fees (excluding bank charges) is by Bank Draft payable to:

- Personal cheques or credit card payments will not be accepted.

- All registration forms and payment received by the Conference Secretariat will be acknowledged by email. If you do not receive such acknowledgement, please send a follow-up email to verify.

The Orchid Garden Hotel is the designated conference accomodation at special conference rate of USD $80.00 per night with breakfast. Transportation will be provided. Delegates are required to make their own accomodation arrangement with the hotel at:

If you wish university accomodation in male or female residential colleges at US10.00 per night without breakfast please note your preference on the registration form.
Universiti Brunei Darussalam is unable to offer any financial assistance to participants

| SPECIAL NOTE for local Brunei Participants only (New) |
Local Brunei Participants (non-paper presenters) may register and pay the local conference fee of BND $170 in cash. This can be paid anytime at the UBD Finance Section up until the first day of the conference – 21st May.
If you are a local Brunei paper presenter, you should register and pay the local conference fee of BND $170 in cash at the UBD Finance Section by 2nd May and submit your full paper so that you can be included in the Conference Programme.
Note that if you are a Government School Teacher, (whether you are a paper presenter or just a non-paper participant) you should check with your principal as you may be eligible to be paid for by the Ministry of Education.
