One of the objectives of CDLearN, through a team of counsellors, is to provide a safe, secure environment where students can discuss the challenges they face and the emotional distress they may be experiencing.

Our fully trained counsellors are supported by a system of mentoring and supervision and a management stricter that ensure all counselling services rendered are of the highest professional standards, and can cater for the needs of UBD students looking for support.

Counselling services provided include:

  • Individual counseling
  • Group counseling

We use a person-centred/ integrative approach, non-judgemental approach on a relationship of trust between student and the counsellor. This encourages clients to explore more about themselves and helps them in making decisions.

  • Loss and bereavement
  • Panic attacks
  • Addiction
  • Academic issue
  • Psychological disorder
  • Mental/ verbal/ physical abuse
  • Other issues that may affect your daily lives/ routine

Confidentiality is maintained within the Office and complied with current legal and professional standards. Further detail on this will be provided upon your first appointment.
