Quotation or tender documents must be put into the Quotation Box at the Bursar's Office, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Tungku Link, Gadong BE1410, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam not later than 2.00 p.m. on the closing date. 

 

Conditions of Tenders and Quotations

  • Tenders and quotations received after the date and time as specified will not be entertained.
  • All tenders and quotations must specify the period of delivery.
  • All requirements in the form should be written correctly and clearly. If not, the tenders or quotations will not be entertained.
  • All tenders and quotations must be enclosed in envelopes. The top right hand of the envelope must be written the quotations/tenders numbers and names as advertised and the closing date. The tenderer must not write their identity on the envelope.
  • Tenders and quotations documents and further information can be obtained from the Bursar's Office, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
  • Documents and administrative fees (non-refundable) must be paid in cash.
  • Tenders and quotations must be submitted on the prescribed form. The University will not entertain tenders and quotations submitted in other forms.
  • Copies of Registration of Business Certificate must be attached to the tenders/quotations documents.
  • The University will not necessarily accept the lowest tenders/quotations or other tenders/quotations.
