Conditions of Tenders and Quotations      
 
  1. Tenders and quotations received after the date and time as specified will not be entertained.
  2. All tenders and quotations must specify period of delivery.
  3. All requirement in the form should be written correctly and clearly and if not the tenders or quotations will not be entertained.
  4. All tenders and quotations must be enclosed in envelopes.The top right hand of the envelope must be written the quotations/tenders numbers and names as advertised and the closing date. The tenderer must not write their identity on the envelope
  5. Tenders and quotations document and further information can be obtained from the Bursar's Office, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
  6. Documents and administrative fees (non-refundable) must be paid in cash
  7. Tenders and Quotations must be submitted on the prescribed form. The University will not entertained tenders and quotations submitted in other forms
  8. Copies of Registration of Business Certificate must be attached to the tenders / quotations documents
  9. The University will not necessarily to accept the lowest tenders / quotations or other tenders / quotations.
