To facilitate planning, printing of programmes etc, it would be appreciated if participants could complete payment before 25 May 2012. The registration fee includes all sessions, conference abstracts/notes, conference pack, morning and afternoon teas, lunches. The registration fee does not include the cost of the Conference Dinner on the Tuesday evening, 26 June. If you wish to attend the Conference Dinner, please indicate so on the registration form, and pay the appropriate amount, as per the above schedule. *NB Please note the additional surcharge of BND25 for all on-site payments of registration fees. |
Cancellation Policy: Written notification is required for all cancellations. Registration fees and deposits will be not be refunded. |
