This Handbook is prepared as a guide and reference not only for new expatriate staff but also for expatriate staff currently in service with Universiti Brunei Darussalam. It covers the whole period from the first day expatriate staff join the Government service (Universiti Brunei Darussalam) till the very last day of their service. It is also to familiarize staff with the various relevant procedures on general administration and the fringe benefits staff is entitled to.
