STAFF
The administration of the Language Centre is managed by the
Director who is assisted by two Programme Leaders, an Assistant Registrar and
the Faculty Office staff. The Centre is also being helped out by suitably
qualified and experienced part-time lecturers temporarily recruited from
outside the University.
Academic staff from the Language Centre, all of whom are experts in different
aspects of language and communication, are frequently called upon to sit on
various committees, in a consultative or advisory capacity, by institutions
which require assistance with language and communication issues, such as the
Department of Schools, the Department of Curriculum Development, and the
Department of Information Technology at the Ministry of Education of Brunei
Darussalam.
